The Artist and Film Maker

Ian Moir is a painter and printmaker living in Fife, Scotland. He was born in 1977 and grew up in Dunfermline. After leaving school he studied drawing and painting at Glasgow School of Art, graduating in 2000.

In 2002 he co-founded The Moir Park Collection which is a unique collection of artworks shown in schools across Scotland. The collection features work by Salvador Dali, Rembrandt and artists with special needs.

He is also the co-founder of the Dunfermline Arts Movement www.thedam.org.uk. This is a voluntary organization that was set up to promote the arts in Fife and establish the region as a cultural hub for Scotland.

Ian exhibits his work in galleries in the UK and the USA.
